Paul Thau
Co-Founder & President
Paul started his career on the brand side, helping large marketing organizations establish their initial presence on the Internet. In 1999, Paul transitioned to the agency side where he oversaw campaigns for a variety of Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Chase, Nestle, Electronic Arts, Disney, and Kraft to name a few. Paul also served an integral role in the acquisition of the agency by Omnicom in 2006.
In 2008, Paul launched Winterbridge, a media buying agency that services a diverse array of advertisers in the D2C, B2B and Non-Profit verticals.
As a well-known marketing leader, Paul has spoken at a variety of industry conferences including Ad-Tech, the DMA, NEMOA, Adobe Summit, SXSW, Affiliate Summit, and the Association of National Advertisers (ANA).
When not in the office, Paul enjoys traveling with his family to bucket-list countries and following his favorite stand-up comedians.
George Mavros
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Over his 25+ year career, which includes both brand and agency side leadership positions, George has successfully evaluated, launched and scaled a countless number of strategic partnerships and new customer acquisition programs for Advertisers in both the direct-to-consumer and business-to-business verticals.
A technical, innovative and expert problem solver, George focuses on providing our clients with measurable and cost-effective solutions that help grow their businesses.
The consummate professional, George always goes the extra mile to provide exemplary customer service and data-driven recommendations at every facet he's involved in.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, and having fun on, in or by the water.
