Paul’s career began at the forefront of digital transformation, where he helped major marketing organizations establish their first online footprints during the Internet’s formative years. His early work on the brand side laid the foundation for what would become a dynamic and influential career in advertising.

In 1999, Paul made the leap to the agency world, quickly rising to lead high-impact campaigns for a roster of Fortune 500 giants -- including American Express, Chase, Nestlé, Electronic Arts, Disney, and Kraft. His strategic vision and leadership played a pivotal role in scaling the agency’s capabilities, culminating in its acquisition by global holding company Omnicom in 2006 -- a milestone in both his career and the agency’s evolution.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Paul founded Winterbridge in 2008, a media buying agency known for its precision, agility, and results-driven approach. Today, Winterbridge serves a wide spectrum of clients across D2C, B2B, and Non-Profit sectors, helping brands navigate an increasingly complex media landscape with clarity and confidence.

Recognized as a thought leader in the marketing space, Paul has been a featured speaker at premier industry events including Ad-Tech, DMA, NEMOA, Adobe Summit, SXSW, Affiliate Summit, and the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), where he shares insights on media strategy, consumer behavior, and the future of advertising.
